General tile design was done by owner with scaling, hand cutting and setting by James Baxter. 
1950’s custom face frame kitchen with period door knobs, tile details and light fixtures. 
Hand-cut stone tiles scaled to fit the space with zero elevation change to hardwood floor (a signature detail).
